Each neighbourhood is responsible for decision making within their own neighbourhood in regards to all the ROLL THE DICE* frameworks. Decisions effecting beyond neighbourhoods are made by a regular vote-up best ideas & solutions referendum style majority vote via appropriate & alternative group decision making systems backed b block chain technology.

Blockchain voting apps will provide the necessary fail-safe system that will put a stop to rigged voting & give the trust & transparency needed to have voting systems free from tampering & bias.

Decentralised Decisions

A change in thinking & action is needed for locals to regain their right to decide what happens within their neighbourhood & community. Decision making structure will be flipped from centralised to a decentralised model where each street decides what happens within their street without any exterior centralised power having a say unless the street chooses to outsource some of this.

1 - Populations have a much greater sense of ownerstyle of what is occuring within their own Neighbourhoods & Community.

Also, decentralized decision making starves the enevitable onset of tyrannical rule i.e. tyrannical rule only ever occurs whenever power is centralized. We now have the technology to provide each Neighbourhood & local Community with much more effective methods of gaining a consensus on the best decisions possible for each probblem/issue/challenge. Blockchain based voting apps allow fo a highly effective alternative to support decentalized decision making utilizing methods where ideas are voted up &/or down in a blog-style forum allowing all involved in the decision making process to air their view as much or as little as they like while the community vote solutions up &/or down. This type of Decision making process will provide each Neighbourhood & Community with a transparent & real-time way to address any important decisions the group needs to address.

Even an app like Telegram has a function for members of a group to all be Admin - then, from there, a good idea is to pose a survey regarding a Street issue where each member has a vote of what direction is best. This is the style of co-leading encouraged by UP* to avoid the trap of falling into old centralised methods that enevitably take the power away from the very people the decisions are affecting so it makes sense that the more those people who are affected are making decisions for themselves the better & more powerful the effects of those decisions will be.

Starting with Street Sovereignty is an excellent idea to encourage people within their own street to begin to take charge of their own street with suggestions on what to focus on first in order to build knowledge & trust with fellow street members.

Once a Street is working well making much of their own produce, they may decide to take charge of their energy sovereignty plus be in a powerful position to challenge the status-quo of the centralised Council system by redirecting a significant portion of their rates to running their own street affairs that the Council once simply assumed authority over.
